Your day-to-day role:
As part of a team led by a social worker,
- You hold a key role in the lives of the beneficiaries;
- You are involved in attentiveness, kindness and professionalism taking into account the specific needs of each beneficiary;
- You are responsible for the’help with daily living: laundry and household electricity, shopping and miscellaneous travel, meals, pre- or post-natal support;
- You are a health role: assistance with personal hygiene and getting dressed, hair care, changing incontinence pads, ensuring medication is taken;
- You play a educational role: advice on healthy living and adapting the home, support for families, assessment and development of abilities;
- You bring a relationship support: attentive care, active listening, dialogue, emotional support, palliative care support;
- You are helping to’social assistance: straightforward administrative procedures, help with managing your budget, and guidance on accessing the right services.
Your main aim is to help maintain, develop or strengthen the independence of the people you support, whilst providing support to their family carers.
This job is for you if :
- You hold one of the following qualifications: family and healthcare assistant, home care worker, multi-skilled home and community care assistant, childcare worker, care assistant, nursing trainee, children’s centre supervisor, childcare assistant, or early years educator;
- You are familiar with the technical procedures associated with your role;
- You have a B licence as well as a personal vehicle ;
- You are independent, empathetic and have good interpersonal skills;
- You like the team work and have a sense of responsibility;
- You respect the rules of ethics.

- An employment contract replacement à part-time (32 hours per week);
- Remuneration in line with CP 318.01 (4V scale) accompanied by a bonus end-of-year;
