Your mission:
As a’social housekeeper, You will work in the homes of elderly people, families, or people who are ill or disabled and are experiencing difficulties with the upkeep of their homes.
Your role is essential: you make an active contribution to the home maintenance by providing them with a clean, safe living environment that respects their habits, while promoting their independence.
You are working in the presence of the beneficiary, This is in their best interests and respects their choices and dignity.
Your responsibilities:
Home maintenance
- Organise your work according to the instructions given by the social worker
- Make proper use of the cleaning products and equipment provided by the beneficiary
- Apply appropriate maintenance techniques
- Adapt to the beneficiary's habits and pace of life
Support and prevention
- Pay attention to the beneficiary's overall situation (hygiene, safety, home improvements)
- Encouraging the maintenance, development or restoration of independence
- Being a good listener and showing kindness
- Integrate your action into a preventive approach
- Working with the team and internal partners
Your profile:
- You have a personal vehicle
- You are in possession of a APE passport
- You are able to work in a flexible autonomous, while working as part of a team
- You demonstrate people skills, communication skills and discretion
- You respect the ethics rules
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary
