The Francophone Itinerant Days of Healthcare Ethics (JIFESS), held on 20 and 21 November in Reims, are a key event for healthcare and social sector professionals. That is why the ASDs of Namur and Verviers, as well as the Home Care and Support Federation were present.
The development of a sociocratic governance model at ASD Namur, our HR management training programme and our joint work on well-being at work were on the agenda of the presentations that fuelled discussions and exchanges between professionals on the challenge of ethically reinvented organisations.
All of these are building blocks of a collective edifice, supported by a diversity of perspectives and practices.
