Maintaining one's home environment

Our multidisciplinary Protocol 3 team consists of a psychologist, an occupational therapist and support nurses.

With the aim of improving wellbeing at home, the multidisciplinary team behind «Protocol 3» offers support for patients and their carers at home.

Depending on your needs, you can call upon:

One psychologist, listening to you, supporting you and accompanying you in your questions, difficulties, life plans, medical diagnoses, etc.
One occupational therapist to promote autonomy and independence in daily living activities.
From nurses to assist you with various procedures (social, medical, administrative, leisure, etc.) and act as your health advisor

A professional will contact you to assess your request. and verify the conditions of access (imposed by the subsidising body) to the project:

To be aged 60 years of age or older and deal with a loss autonomy significant (physics and/or psychic).
Being a loved one a person who meets the above criteria and wishes to receive support.

Each service provider will agree with you on the frequency and duration of their services based on your needs and availability.

The psychologist conducts psychological interviews at your home, in a room that is conducive to dialogue.
The occupational therapist will first analyse your needs with you and help you familiarise yourself with and correctly use various tools and techniques.
Depending on your needs, nurses will be in regular contact with you, either by visiting your home or by telephone. With your consent, they will contact your GP to inform them of your plans and to share important information about your medical care.
