Responsibilities and missions
The Aide & Soins à domicile centres provide the elderly, the sick, the disabled and those with reduced independence who wish to remain at home with all the help and care they need.
Monitoring beneficiaries
- Overall processing and monitoring of aid applications and beneficiaries' social files.
Team management
- Managing, supervising and monitoring one or more teams of home helpers and/or household helps (drawing up schedules, team meetings, participating in the recruitment and training of workers, operational interviews, re-adjustment, etc.).
Administration and management ASD
- Welcoming and monitoring new recruits and trainees
- Collaboration and support from tutors - assessment of new recruits
- Understanding and good command of legislation and administrative instructions
- Acting as an interface between field teams and ASD management
- Monitoring of management indicators (quota, absenteeism, unpaid invoices, exemptions, etc.)
Cross-functional missions
- Active participation in training courses (in consultation with ASD management) and the application of acquired skills, as well as participation in meetings
- Organisation of a weekly duty period
- Evening and weekend on-call duties alternating with colleagues

Language(s): French: Good knowledge
Driving licence: [B] Vehicles < 3.5 tonnes and 8 seats maximum
