Your mission:
As a home carer, you provide attentive care and tailored support to people who have lost their independence, both day and night.
You contribute to their physical and mental well-being, comfort and safety.
You play an active role in maintaining their independence and improving their quality of life.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure an active presence with the beneficiary, according to the instructions established by the social worker:
- Offer suitable activities
- Provide relationship support
- Prepare and serve meals
- Assistance with basic hygiene and health care activities (help with getting up/going to bed, help with personal hygiene and changing protective undergarments)
- Encourage the beneficiary to develop, maintain or restore their independence.
- Supporting the beneficiary and their family and friends in the context of palliative care
- Providing support to family carers
Required profile:
- You hold one of the following qualifications: family and health care assistant, family helper, multi-skilled home and community care assistant, nursery nurse, nursing assistant, nursing trainee, children's community instructor, childcare assistant, early years education.
- You own a vehicle for your travel needs.
- You are entitled to an APE passport.
- You are independent, empathetic, discreet and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility.
- You comply with the sector's ethical rules.
What we offer:
- A fixed-term contract for 6 months, part-time (19 hours/38 hours), renewable as a permanent contract

- Remuneration in accordance with CP 318.01
