Missions
Working as part of a team and within an interdisciplinary setting, the nurse’s role is to provide comprehensive care (nursing and psychosocial) at home to a designated group of patients, with the aim of maintaining, improving or restoring their health and well-being and promoting their independence.
Profile
• Hold a qualification as a registered nurse specialising in general care, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Certificate in Nursing
• Hold a Category B driving licence
